Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for an employer in the San Antonio, TX area. This individual will support modeling efforts across the organization by extracting and inputting key data from plan sheets. The role involves reviewing drawings to identify dimensions, callouts, conduit sizes, and other specifications, then entering that information accurately into the system. This is a highly independent role where the candidate will work primarily on their computer, utilizing tools such as Revit to support and finalize drawing data.

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day

• Review plan sheets and extract key data including dimensions, conduit sizes, and callouts
• Complete high-volume data entry tasks, processing approximately 60–70 plan sheets per day
• Utilize Revit to support and finalize drawing-related data entry
• Work independently to ensure accuracy and consistency across all inputs
• Maintain organization and efficiency while meeting daily production goals
