Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join a real estate and property team in Petaluma, California on a Contract basis. In this role, you will manage lease-related information within Yardi Voyager 7, helping keep records accurate, current, and aligned with operational and accounting needs. This position is well suited to someone who is comfortable handling high-volume data entry, reviewing detailed documents, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable system data.

Responsibilities:
• Input lease records, amendments, renewals, and tenant details into Yardi Voyager 7 while maintaining a high level of precision.
• Review leases, addenda, and related documentation to confirm terms, coding, and financial information are entered correctly.
• Monitor data quality by identifying inconsistencies, correcting errors, and keeping records aligned with company standards.
• Coordinate with property management, leasing, and accounting teams to obtain missing details and resolve unclear information.
• Keep system records up to date so lease and tenant information is processed in a timely manner.
• Support reporting accuracy by ensuring information entered into the system reflects source documentation and required compliance standards.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager 7 or a comparable property management or accounting platform is preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, including work involving numeric and high-volume information.
• Ability to read lease documents and capture essential contractual and financial details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard computer-based data entry tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed information efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across multiple teams.
• Solid typing skills and comfort working extensively within digital systems.
