Job Summary:

Happy Helpers Autism Center LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support the accuracy and organization of administrative and client records. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidential information, updating databases, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate while supporting the daily operations of our autism therapy center. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.


Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update client and administrative data accurately into internal systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness before processing.
  • Maintain organized digital and electronic records.
  • Review documents and correct data discrepancies when necessary.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Support administrative staff with routine data-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company confidentiality and data privacy policies.
  • Generate reports and retrieve information as requested.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to type accurately with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Eligibility to work in accordance with applicable employment laws.
