Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment details, delivery records, and inventory data in systems
• Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, and stock movement
• Verify data from shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes)
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for data accuracy
• Generate reports on shipments, inventory, and dispatch status
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data
• Maintain proper filing of digital and physical records
• Ensure confidentiality and data security
