Data Entry Specialist

Location: Parma, OH 44130

Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements:

• Typing test required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Proficient in using computer software for data entry and validation tasks.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data with speed and accuracy.

• Good understanding of document classification, redaction, and check batch reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-speed manual data entry and verification from incoming digital images.

• Validate document classifications to ensure accuracy.

• Verify data extracted from digital documents to ensure correctness.

• Check the application of redactions on digital documents and ensure completeness.

• Manually index meta-data from digital documents.

• Conduct quality control on documents converted to digital format.
