Data Entry Clerk (UAE National only)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data before input.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Assist with generating reports and extracting data as needed.
  • Perform routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic database software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
