Hours and Benefits: This is a full-time, in-person position offering a rate of $22 per hour, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, vacation, paid holidays, and sick leave.

ORGANIZATIONAL/PROGRAM BACKGROUND

Central City Neighborhood Partners (CCNP) was established in 1994 and incorporated as a formal non-profit collaborative in 2000 to address the socio-economic conditions impacting low-income families living in the City of Los Angeles, with a focus on Westlake and surrounding communities, and expanding to Koreatown in 2024. With the mission of catalyzing partnerships to systemically address the multiple challenges facing low-income families, CCNP works with its partners to help families create pathways to financial security and economic opportunity through our FamilySource Center (FSC) programs, financial asset building programs and other signature programs.

Position Overview

The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for the data entry of all programs, services and outcomes offered at the FSC in order to ensure contract goals are met. The Data Entry Coordinator is also responsible for working closely with sub-contractors to ensure contract compliance throughout the year.

Data Entry Coordinator will perform a broad range of duties spanning the full employment cycle, including, but not limited to supporting and/or monitoring of the following

  • Coordinate data entry of intakes and services into FSC database, including review of eligibility and intake accuracy on a daily basis
  • Assist with intake entry with support from the team
  • Monitor monthly quantity of intakes to ensure contract compliance
  • Monthly review of sub-contractor goals and outcome entry
  • Assist with data entry of outcomes, ensure outcomes entered have required documentation
  • Submit FSC Database maintenance form weekly as needed
  • Compile and verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Apply data entry program techniques and procedures
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform quality review checks
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Prepare other reports as necessary
  • Assist with FOC SalesForce data entry
  • Assist with Food Security Data Entry
  • Additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years managing data
  • Ability to manage databases and reporting systems in order to produce a variety of written reports;
  • Proficient communication and writing skills, cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent work ethic and proven ability to multitask.
  • Hands-on experience working with the public and individuals with various cultural and economic backgrounds and abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills required
  • The ability to read, write and speak in English is required, and the ability to speak Spanish and/or Korean is preferred, given that many of the targeted families are monolingual in Spanish and/or Korean. Cultural sensitivity is required.
  • Operational knowledge of the Internet and web-related technologies; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Windows Operating System.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • 2 years previous experience working in the community will be considered

  • Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
