About the Role: We are looking for an organized and responsible Data Entry Coordinator to oversee and streamline our data management processes. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our data workflow, ensuring that all information is collected, verified, accurately entered, and organized on time. You will manage data tracking sheets and coordinate with team members to keep our office records running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily intake of data from various sources and assign tasks to ensure timely entry.
- Maintain, organize, and update centralized spreadsheets, databases, and master tracking sheets.
- Review entered data for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency, resolving any errors immediately.
- Set up standardized data entry guidelines and templates for the team to follow.
- Track project progress and generate weekly or monthly data summary reports for management.
- Act as the main coordinator between different departments to gather missing information or clarify data details.
- Ensure all digital files and records are securely stored and properly backed up.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduation.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, data coordination, or an administrative supervisory role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (familiarity with formulas, data sorting, and formatting is highly preferred).
- High typing speed with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tracking sheets at once.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu to coordinate effectively with the team.
- Problem-solving mindset to quickly fix data discrepancies or process delays.
