Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update client, financial, and business data into company systems.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update digital databases and filing systems.
• Retrieve, review, and organize data for reports and analysis.
• Assist in preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary data for ongoing projects.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within set deadlines.

✅ Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
• Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
