Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Maintenance

-Accurately enter and update customer, product, financial, and operational data into Art life's internal systems.

-Manage data records across spreadsheets, CRM tools, and databases.

-Verify data accuracy before and after entry.

2. Data Verification & Quality Control

-Check for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them promptly.

-Perform regular audits of data to ensure high-quality record keeping.

-Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

3. Documentation & Reporting

-Maintain digital and physical documentation as per company guidelines.

-Generate basic reports (daily/weekly) on data status, updates, and discrepancies.

4. Coordination & Support

-Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support for data-related tasks.

-Assist with preparing documents, updating dashboards, and supporting administrative tasks.

Skills & Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative tasks.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–45 wpm preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
