Data Entry Executive (UAEN)

Role Summary:

The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within the company data entry systems. This role ensures all information is complete, compliant, and aligned with internal processes and governance requirements. This role plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in the company system in a timely manner
• Submit required information and documentation in accordance with defined procedures
• Track application status, updates, and outstanding requirements
• Ensure all entries meet accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards
• Verify documents and data before submission to maintain high-quality standards
• Follow established processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Maintain confidentiality and handle data with integrity and professionalism
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues promptly

Job Requirements:

• High school, diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems
• Willingness to be trained in company data entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to follow structured workflows
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
