Data Entry Expert (Excel )

We​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ require an MIS Executive/Data Entry Specialist who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and data management. If you are a person who pays attention to detail, has strong Excel skills, and has a fast typing speed to write and respond to emails, then we are the perfect fit for you! The main functions of the successful candidate will be to organize and maintain large volumes of data, email generate reports from those data sets and confirm that the data are accurate in different applications. Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they can work independently and also be able to maintain high-quality standards in terms of the integrity of the data that they handle. Moreover, they should be willing to work any shift. What​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ You’ll Be Doing

Data entry of a large volume of data, email from various sources into different systems and databases.

The work involves data management and organization to produce well-structured and user-friendly MIS reports.

With the help of Microsoft Excel advanced data analysis can be done along with creating reports and keeping records.

Implementing data hygiene practices to ensure data precision, consistency, and error-free are some of the tasks.

Also, the person in this position will be responsible for providing administrative support and preparing reports as needed.

The role requires working without supervision to meet deadlines and efficiently handle multiple ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌tasks.

What​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ We Are Looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, the position of MIS Executive, or similar roles.
• Good knowledge and practice of Microsoft Excel with the use of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
• High typing speed with a low error rate.
• The ability to handle large amounts of data combined with great care for the details.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to find solutions to problems.
• Being able to adjust to any shift and having the willingness to work in it.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work without supervision.
