Data Entry Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to join our e-commerce team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing product listings, organizing data, and supporting online business operations. It’s a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or those who have just graduated, who want to build a career in e-commerce and digital business management.

High-performing interns may be offered permanent employment following the successful completion of their internship.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update product details (titles, descriptions, images, and prices) on e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and databases.
• Ensure all product data is properly formatted and up to date.
• Assist in preparing product catalogs and reports.
• Support with competitor product listing checks and other data-related tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interest in e-commerce and online platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Amazon – a plus).
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Certification in E-commerce, Excel, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
