Data Entry Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You should be comfortable handling large volumes of information, ensuring data integrity, and meeting daily productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all information
• Prepare and organize source data for computer entry
• Generate reports and perform regular data backups
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative work
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs18,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
