Data Entry Internship

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Junior to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Junior you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology and a desire to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Provide first-level technical support, addressing hardware and software-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain network security measures.
• Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus/malware solutions.
• Support the IT team in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of new IT solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven technical aptitude and a keen interest in IT.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
