Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to join our jewellery business. The candidate should have good knowledge of Google Sheets and experience in working on Gati Software. The role will involve entering, maintaining, and updating data accurately, supporting our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update order, stock, and dispatch details in Google Sheets.
• Use Gati Software for logistics and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accuracy and ensure all records are updated on time.
• Assist in preparing simple reports when required.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in data entry work.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas, data entry, updating records).
• Hands-on experience with Gati Software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with the team and follow timelines.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry / back-office operations.

Technical Skills:

• Good typing speed (30–40 wpm or above) with high accuracy.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling.

• Familiarity with data management systems / ERP / Tally (if required by company).

Salary Range : 13000k to 20000k

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
