We are seeking a Digital Data Entry Officer to accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records across company systems, databases, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain digital data in company systems.
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and organize digital files and records.
- Upload and update documents on online platforms and databases.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Generate and maintain basic reports and spreadsheets.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Assist with digital documentation and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of digital data.
- Basic understanding of databases, ERP, or CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in digital data entry or administrative support.
- Familiarity with cloud-based storage and online business tools.
