Data Entry Officer

We are seeking a Digital Data Entry Officer to accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records across company systems, databases, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain digital data in company systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and organize digital files and records.
  • Upload and update documents on online platforms and databases.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks.
  • Generate and maintain basic reports and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security.
  • Assist with digital documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of digital data.
  • Basic understanding of databases, ERP, or CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in digital data entry or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage and online business tools.
