Data Entry Officer (Arabic Mandatory - Male Only)

Data Entry and Management:

· Accurately input data related to chicken production, feed consumption, mortality rates, and egg production into farm management systems or spreadsheets.

· Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, such as feed stocks, medications, and poultry stock levels.

Maintain Farm Records:

· Keep detailed records of daily farm operations, including animal health checks, environmental conditions, vaccination schedules, and treatment logs.

· Assist in maintaining payroll and attendance records for farm employees.

Monitor and Report Production Data:

· Track and document production metrics such as the number of eggs produced, weight gain in poultry, feed conversion ratios, and overall farm performance.

· Generate reports based on the recorded data to help farm management make informed decisions.

Inventory Management:

· Input and track inventory data for farm supplies, feed, and equipment.

· Ensure inventory levels are updated regularly and flag when reordering is necessary.

Compliance and Documentation:

· Assist in maintaining compliance with local and federal agricultural regulations by keeping records up-to-date for inspections or audits.

· Ensure all data entered aligns with biosecurity and quality control measures on the farm.

Assist with Administrative Tasks:

· Provide support in filing, organizing, and managing physical and digital farm documentation.

· Help with scheduling farm activities, such as deliveries, inspections, and audits, by maintaining accurate calendars and contact lists.
