Key Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Enter product details, stock levels, customer orders, sales transactions, and other relevant store data into computer systems, spreadsheets, or ERP software.
- Data Verification & Quality Control: Cross-check entered data against source documents (invoices, delivery notes, physical items) to find and fix errors, ensuring data integrity.
- Database Management: Update existing records, add new items, and maintain organized digital files for easy retrieval.
- Reporting: Generate basic reports on inventory, sales, or other metrics as requested by supervisors.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive customer and sales data securely and confidentially.
- Source Document Handling: Prepare and process physical documents (like delivery slips) for digital entry.
- Support Operations: Assist other departments (e.g., sales, inventory) with data-related queries and tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
