Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in systems, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Prepare and generate reports as required.
• Retrieve data for management or team members upon request.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
• Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to the supervisor.
• Assist in filing, document management, and other administrative tasks.
• Support other team members with basic clerical duties when required.
