Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage and input data accurately into our systems. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, familiarity with online tools, and basic knowledge of spreadsheets and email handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain records using Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Perform basic data processing and formatting tasks in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicate and share data via email as required.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Typing speed of 30–60 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle and send emails professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Power AI (ChatGPT, grammerly & other).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School/Graduate (any discipline).
  • Minimum experience of 1 year
