Data Entry Operator

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and managing critical business data, primarily using QuickBooks and other specialized inventory management systems. This is a crucial role that ensures the integrity of our financial, inventory, and operational records.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Accurately enter a high volume of data from various sources (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, sales receipts, inventory counts) into QuickBooks and internal databases.
• QuickBooks Management: Process and maintain financial data within QuickBooks, including vendor information, customer details, and expense coding.
• Inventory Tracking: Input and update information related to electronic components, stock levels, serial numbers, and shipment records to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Data Verification: Review and verify entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or omissions; promptly correct or flag discrepancies for review by management.
• Record Keeping: Organize and file source documents (both physical and digital) after data entry is complete.
• Reporting Support: Assist the accounting and operations teams by generating basic reports related to data entry tasks.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial and proprietary company information with the utmost discretion.
