Emirati - Dat Entry and Customer Service Representative

We are looking for motivated Emirati freshers to join as Customer Service Representatives or Data Entry Executives in Dubai (Nahda). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to start a professional career in administration, customer support, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service.

Data Entry

• Enter and update accurate data into company systems.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati).
• Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (for customer service).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing skills) for data entry.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in Dubai (Nahda).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
