About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The role primarily involves uploading products to e-commerce platforms with accurate descriptions, specifications, and images. You will also handle other data-related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth business operations.

Your key responsibility will be to maintain speed, accuracy, and productivity in data handling while ensuring all product information is consistent, error-free, and optimized for online display.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and update products on e-commerce platforms with proper titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all listings.
• Maintain and organize product catalogs efficiently.
• Perform additional data entry and administrative tasks as required.
• Meet daily/weekly targets related to speed and productivity (KRA).
• Timely completion of assigned product uploads.
• High productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or e-commerce product management preferred.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
