Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update financial and operational data into Excel and accounting systems.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
  • Make accounting entries such as purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile data and ensure accuracy in entries.
  • Maintain records of invoices, bills, and vouchers in an organized manner.
  • Support the accounts team with data management and reporting.
  • Perform regular backups of data and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in data entry or accounting support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data management).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and Tally or any ERP software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and invoice management.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
