About the Role

Douxl Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team for our high-profile project, BikeboxMT.LLC, operating in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to ensure the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in company systems and databases.
• Verify, review, and correct data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare, manage, and organize reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheets, Docs).
• Collaborate with the project and operations team to ensure smooth flow of information.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve data-related issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business information.
• Support administrative tasks and contribute to project documentation when required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Outlook).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
