To ensure accurate input, update, and maintain patient and clinic data within electronic systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


  • Enter patient demographic, medical, and appointment data into clinic databases accurately and timely.

  • Update and maintain electronic and paper records to ensure completeness and correctness.

  • Verify data accuracy and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

  • Assist with generating reports and extracting data as needed for administrative use.

  • Support clinic staff by providing timely access to patient information.

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data in compliance with privacy laws and clinic policies.

  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate data flow.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard patient privacy at all times.

  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments with their requested doctors as needed


  • College Diploma - Any discipline or related fields

  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare.

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and database management.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.
