Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Operator to assist with daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, high accuracy, and experience working with spreadsheets and data systems. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining accurate data.

Key Duties

• Enter customer and account information accurately into internal systems within set timelines
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission
• Manage and organize workload to ensure smooth data processing
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data
• Follow up on incomplete or missing information when required
• Adhere to company data entry standards and procedures
• Generate basic reports, maintain backups, and organize records
• Handle document scanning, printing, and filing tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Respond to internal data-related requests efficiently
• Use office equipment properly and report any technical issues promptly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Prior experience in data entry or a related role
• Good command of Microsoft Office and data management software
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong understanding of grammar and spelling
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong commitment to data privacy and security
