Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in inventory management within a furniture warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, stock tracking, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure inventory records are up to date and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain inventory data in the system accurately
• Record inbound and outbound stock (GRN, deliveries, returns, transfers)
• Maintain item-wise, batch-wise, and location-wise inventory records
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for stock verification
• Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical and system inventory
• Generate inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required
• Ensure proper documentation of invoices, delivery notes, and stock movement forms
• Support periodic stock counts and audits
• Identify discrepancies and report them to the warehouse manager
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all warehouse data

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Inventory Assistant
• Hands-on experience in inventory management in a furniture warehouse is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Experience:

• Data entry operator in furniture warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
