Assistant Accountant (Sales Tax)

• Must have basic accounting principle concepts i.e Debit, Credit,Balance Sheets, etc
• Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in software
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain Tax records, prepare reports, and feed/provide financial information to department lead.
• Good knowledge of Sales Tax Filing.
• Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases.
• Prepare gate pass, sales tax invoices with help of logistic department.
• Proactively verifying data through source documents
• Monitoring and updating existing data when required
• Retrieving data for team members upon request
• Performing data searches
• Complying with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored
• Known to BZ software will be additional
• Must have good command over Ms Excel

The ideal candidate must have:

Good computer skills (MS Office)

Must be 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field with the minimum age of 30.

Own conveyance

Residence near North Karachi will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
