Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data records, support documentation processes, and assist with routine clerical tasks. The ideal candidate must have a solid command of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working with files, digital platforms, and general office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets using formulas, charts, and (preferably) dashboards and macros.
  • Upload, organize, and archive documents across digital platforms or systems.
  • Assist with day-to-day clerical tasks such as scanning, printing, organizing files, and preparing simple reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to collect or verify data.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within set deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate/A-level education
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, charts; dashboards/macros is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
  • Fast typing speed with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
