Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain company records and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and records
  • Verify data by comparing it with source documents
  • Review and correct data errors to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Generate reports as required by management
  • Assist in administrative and clerical tasks when needed
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in ERP systems or database software
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Salary:

  • PKR 40,000 – 45,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
