Job Description:

WBM International is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator & Inventory Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory data, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
• Manage inventory records and stock levels efficiently
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry and inventory management in warehouse
• Strong command of MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
