Head Inventory and Warehouses

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Head of Inventory & Warehouse with experience in the garments industry to lead and optimize our warehouse and inventory operations. This role is critical in managing raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories) and finished goods, ensuring accurate stock levels, smooth production flow, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including fabric, trims, and finished garments
• Implement effective inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage
• Coordinate closely with merchandising, and procurement teams
• Ensure proper storage conditions for different types of fabrics and garments
• Manage inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch/export) logistics
• Optimize warehouse accessories, and finished goods
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including storekeepers and helpers
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Maintain documentation for GRNs, stock transfers, and shipment records
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Textile Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management within the garments or textile industry
• Strong understanding of fabric types, trims, and garment production processes
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably in apparel manufacturing)
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage high-volume inventory and tight production timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in export-oriented garment units
• Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., buyer requirements, audits)
