Data Entry Operator (Bahria Town Karachi)

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices accurately and within defined timelines, while supporting accrual entries in the system. The role ensures smooth coordination between operations, finance, and customer service teams to maintain efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and on time
  • Support accrual entries and perform system updates as required
  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily shipment activities
  • Open, track, and maintain shipment files in the system
  • Ensure accurate data entry and keep operational records up to date
  • Assist operations with documentation, filing, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers as needed
  • Support the preparation of basic operational reports and summaries

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Prior experience in billing, accounts, or logistics operations is preferred

Working Hours

UK Shift

  • Winter: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Summer: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM

(Timings may vary based on operational requirements)

Holiday Calendar

  • UK public holidays will be observed
  • Pakistani federal holidays will not be observed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
