Data entry operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. Key responsibilities include verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring data security and confidentiality. This role often involves generating reports, organizing files, and collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Data input: Accurately enter data from source documents into computer systems and databases

  • Data maintenance: Update and maintain databases, records, and digital archives.
  • Data organization: Organize and manage digital and physical files to ensure they are easily accessible and stored securely.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management or other departments.

Skills-

  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
