Job Description

We are hiring Data Entry Operators (DEOs) for the Indian Railway Department – Sonpur Division, Bihar on a contractual basis. The ideal candidates must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling data entry and administrative support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for railway records and documentation.
• Maintain and update databases, logs, and departmental reports.
• Coordinate with railway staff for daily administrative tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling official documents.
• Support office operations and assist in basic clerical duties.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data management).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a disciplined environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Must be able to work full-time at Sonpur (Bihar).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 23,000 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
