Data Entry Operator – Processing Department

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our Processing Department by maintaining accurate data in SAP/EDP, preparing reports, and coordinating with production and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily processing, production, and stock movement data
• Update material in/out entries in SAP/EDP
• Maintain lot-wise and batch-wise records
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Ensure documentation is complete and error-free

Qualifications

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Basic computer knowledge
• MS Excel skills required
• SAP/ERP knowledge is an added advantage

Skills

• Fast and accurate typing
• Good communication
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
