Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
  • Review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records as required.
  • Generate simple reports and summaries based on data sets.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Follow company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and documentation activities as needed.
  • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma /degree in computer applications or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended: 35–45 WPM).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
  • Familiarity with data management systems or CRM tools (preferred).
  • Preference will be given to Male Candidates
