  • Collect, collate, and prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  • Enter customer and account data from source documents into databases within specified time limits.
  • Review documents for errors or inconsistencies, and correct or report them as needed.
  • Maintain and update databases, archives, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Ability to identify and correct data errors quickly.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and data entry software.
