Job Description – Data Entry Operator

Position: Data Entry Operator
Experience: 0–3 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in digital systems. The role requires speed, accuracy, and confidentiality while handling records, reports, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, software, and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.
  • Coordinate with accounts, HR, and operations teams for data-related tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and documents.
  • Correct errors and update records promptly when identified.
  • Support administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is an advantage.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Experience in Tally.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
