Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Verification: Reviewing entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting errors or discrepancies.
  • Database Maintenance: Updating existing records with new information and performing regular data backups.
  • Information Retrieval: Retrieving specific data or generating reports as requested by other departments.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to data security policies.
  • Administrative Support: Performing tasks like scanning, printing, filing, and organizing records.
