Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Store (Tally)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Department: Store / Inventory / Materials
Reporting To: Store In-Charge / Stores Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator for the Store Department with working knowledge of Tally to manage inventory records, material entries, and store-related documentation. The candidate will ensure accurate recording of inward, outward, and stock data while coordinating with the store and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter material inward and outward entries in Tally
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records
• Record GRN, issue slips, return notes, and challans
• Update daily stock movements and closing balances
• Coordinate with Store In-Charge for physical stock verification
• Assist in stock reconciliation (system vs physical stock)
• Maintain vendor bills, delivery challans, and purchase documents
• Generate stock reports from Tally as required
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of store records
• Follow company policies on inventory control and data accuracy

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (Inventory Module)
• Basic understanding of store and inventory operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Ability to work under supervision and meet daily deadlines

Educational Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)
• Tally or inventory management certification preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years experience in store data entry or inventory role

Working Conditions

• Store / Site-based role
• May require coordination with store staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
