  • Enter and update data accurately into company systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and verify records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
  • Perform data validation, correction, and formatting as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data clarification and updates.
  • Handle routine administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and follow company policies.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Mid-level MS Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, basic Pivot Tables, data formatting).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
