  • Update existing records and correct errors promptly
  • Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and backups
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents
  • Follow data security and confidentiality guidelines
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve data discrepancies
  • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets
