Data entry operator for SAP ERP system

Apt Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to work with our SAP ERP system. In this role, you will be tasked with entering and updating data within the SAP platform to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your attention to detail is crucial as you will be handling important business information and processes that drive our organization.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate data in the SAP ERP system
• Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies as necessary
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and report inconsistencies
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with data entry standards and company policies
• Provide support for SAP system users with data-related queries

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using SAP ERP system though not essential would be an advantage
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
