Data Entry Operator ( Supply chain)

Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 2,350 – 2,500 per month

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry Assistant to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support to the inventory management team.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter inventory data into the company’s system.
• Update and maintain records of stock levels, item details, and storage locations.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with inventory counts.
• Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate variances.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate low stock issues to the manager.
• Generate and distribute inventory reports when required.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and purchasing department for timely updates.
• Support inventory analysis and forecasting activities.
• Maintain organized inventory documentation and files.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, or stock control.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Male or Female, aged below 35 years.
• Immediately available to join.
