Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Raisen (MP). The role requires proficiency in MS Excel and a strong ability to handle operations-related tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility to manage data and support operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Handle daily operational tasks including reports preparation, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Use MS Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, and analyze data.
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams for smooth operational workflows.
• Verify, review, and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Generate and share daily/weekly operational reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of operations management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
