Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management:
- Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, digital files, spreadsheets) into our databases and systems.
- Perform regular data verification and cleaning to ensure the highest level of accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update existing databases, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, and report any discrepancies to the management team.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Design, create, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Microsoft Excel features.
- Develop dashboards, charts, and graphs to visualize data and make it easily understandable for stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF statements) to manipulate and analyze data sets.
- Create and manage PivotTables and PivotCharts to summarize large amounts of data and perform insightful analysis.
- Analyze reports to identify patterns, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries of analytical findings for team meetings.
