Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with high accuracy.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Review and correct errors in the data entry process.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Generate reports or summaries as needed.
- Maintain proper filing systems—digital or physical.
- Communicate with team members or supervisors if discrepancies arise.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in data entry or administrative support (freshers may apply).
- Skills:
- Fast and accurate typing (minimum 30–40 WPM)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with data entry software or tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, spreadsheets)
- Basic organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in a data entry or back-office role
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Familiarity with online data collection tools or cloud-based systems (preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
